Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data held by Pixelotech ("Pixelotech") in connection with Pixelotech Messaging.

How to request deletion

Email logic@pixelotech.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your workspace name and the account email so we can verify the request.

What happens next

• We verify your identity and ownership of the account.
• We delete or anonymize the personal data we hold for you, subject to legal retention requirements.
• We disconnect any linked WhatsApp Business Account assets from our systems.
• We confirm completion within 30 days.

Scope

If you are an end user who messaged a business using our Service, that business is the controller of your data. Please contact that business directly; we will assist them in fulfilling your request.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited data where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Backup copies are purged on our standard backup rotation.
