This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelotech ("Pixelotech", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Pixelotech Messaging (the "Service"), a business messaging platform built on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Pixelotech, a business based in India with its principal office at GF Shop No. 2, Lilleria 1038, Gotri - Sevasi Rd, Chandramauleshwar Nagar, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 391101. For any privacy question, contact logic@pixelotech.com.
The Service lets our business customers ("Customers") communicate with their own end users over WhatsApp. For personal data our Customers send or receive through the Service (including the content of WhatsApp conversations and end-user phone numbers), the Customer is the data controller/fiduciary and we act as a processor on their instructions. For account, billing, and website data about the Customers themselves, we act as the controller/fiduciary.
The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Data transmitted over WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms and Meta's policies. We access Customers' WhatsApp assets only to deliver the Service and in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.
We share information with infrastructure and service sub-processors (cloud hosting, database, error monitoring, email delivery) strictly to run the Service, and with Meta to operate the WhatsApp integration. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at logic@pixelotech.com. We may disclose data where required by law.
Account data is retained for the life of the account. Message and webhook records are retained per the Customer's configuration and our operational limits, then deleted. Soft-deleted records are purged within 90 days. See our Data Deletion page.
Customer data is hosted in the region selected for each workspace (India by default). Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards.
We use encryption in transit, workspace-level data isolation, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect data using industry-standard measures.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India's DPDP Act 2023), you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Customer end users should direct such requests to the relevant Customer (the controller); we will assist Customers in fulfilling them. To exercise rights regarding data we control, contact logic@pixelotech.com.
